This classic, cult-favorite jacket now features some improvements, but the iconic look remains clear: it's The Crew. The updated logo design is a little more subtle, but clearly Helly Hansen.
Fully waterproof, windproof and breathable, this jacket utilizes HELLY TECH PROTECTION technology, featuring fully seam-sealed, 2-layer construction with a Durable Water Repellency (DWR) treatment. It is designed for all situations and weather conditions where protection from the elements is needed. A new zipper stands up to deterioration for more durability and a sleeker look.
Based on feedback from professional sailors, the plastic placard in the back yoke has been removed, but the hangar loop has been retained. The pocket placement has been adjusted, and PrimaLoft insulation has been added at the shoulders for a smoother and warmer feel, even when the rain comes down.
The all-purpose Crew is fully waterproof/breathable, windproof and warm, thanks to its HELLY TECH Protection technology and fleece lining. It has been enhanced with smart sailing features: sealed seams, a high fleece-lined collar, adjustable hem and cuffs, and dual zippered hand pockets.
A favorite with sailing teams, it features a "secret" zipper inside the jacket that makes it embroider-friendly, so your crew has its own look. The Fabric type is 100% Polyester, and the care instructions are Hand Wash Only, as the jacket is Imported.
The Crew Midlayer Jacket is suitable for Inshore Sailing, Dinghy Sailing, Marine Lifestyle, Urban, City Life, Casual, and Commuting. It has a Regular fit, neither slim nor oversized, allowing it to be worn over thicker midlayers, and the pants will have a standard inseam with a straight cut through the leg.
